Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days at a nominal pickup charge. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue at the earliest. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To Initiate a Return:

Log in to your Account - Visit our website and sign in using the same email you used at checkout.

Go to your Orders - Head to your order history and select the item(s) you’d like to return.

Submit a Return Request - Click “Request Return”, choose the product(s), and submit your request. Once your return is approved, we’ll confirm the details and arrange a pickup through our delivery partner.

Pickup & Refund - Our pickup partner will come to your doorstep to collect the item. Once the product reaches us and is inspected, we’ll process your refund. 

Kindly note, all returns are processed at a nominal flat rate of 250 rupees which will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. 

The amount will be refunded on your original payment method and should be visible within 10 business days.

Exchange: Once the return is accepted, kindly make a separate purchase for the new item.
